Stanley is back, and he’s flat again! And this time his brother Arthur can’t come up with a plan to re-inflate him. But there’s fun to be had being flat. Stanley is called on to help win a boat race and rescue a girl from a dangerous building. But is being flat all it’s cracked up to be?
