Bulk & Wholesale Orders – FAQs

Bulk orders are for organisations that need to gift books at scale. This includes large early learning groups with multiple sites, corporate organisations running staff or community gifting programs, and multi-site operators who need a coordinated national rollout. If you're ordering 1,000 books or more, this is the right place to start.

We consider orders of 1,000 books or more to be bulk orders. Wholesale accounts for retailers have their own minimums. If your order falls below 1,000 books, we can still help you through our standard ELC ordering process at thinktastic.com.au.

The full range is available at bulk scale, including Christmas packs, All Seasons packs, and age-grouped board book and picture book combinations. If you have specific requirements around pack composition or age ranges, contact us and we'll work through the options with you.

Yes. Pricing for bulk orders is negotiated based on volume, pack type, and delivery requirements. We don't publish a fixed bulk price list because orders at this scale vary significantly. The best approach is to request a quote with your anticipated quantities and we'll come back to you with a detailed proposal.

Get in touch with your estimated quantity, required delivery window, and any specific requirements around age groups or pack type. We'll review your brief and come back with a quote. For confirmed large orders, we ask for a deposit to secure your production allocation. This protects your order during our busiest production period.

Yes. Most bulk orders are pre-orders. Books are manufactured to order and production capacity is limited, so confirming early guarantees your quantity and delivery window. Once allocation is gone, we can't take on additional orders.

Bulk orders are fulfilled in October and November. This is our standard delivery window for all book pack orders. If you have a specific deadline within that window, include it in your enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Yes. Pre-wrapped options are available. If you need individual books or packs wrapped and ready to distribute, include this in your quote request. Volume and lead time affect what's possible, so the earlier you ask, the better.

Yes. We can provide formal quotes and tax invoices. For organisations that require a supplier profile, purchase order process, or payment terms, contact us before placing your order so we can set things up correctly.

Yes. All prices include GST. Formal quotes will show GST as a line item if required.
