Education & Early Learning Centres – FAQs

Our packs are made for early learning centres that want to give children a quality, age-appropriate book at the end of the year. Whether you run a small family-owned centre or a larger multi-room service, the packs are sized and priced to make gifting simple. Most of our customers are ELC directors who order every year.

We have a carefully curated range of softcover picture books, board books, and hardcover books for children aged 0 to 6. Our seasonal gifting packs come in Christmas and All Seasons themes, in sizes from 10-packs to 60-packs. In 2026 we introduced a Graduation Pack for children moving on to primary school, a popular choice for centres wanting a meaningful farewell gift. We also have a dedicated educator section with themed book packs for targeted learning areas. Many centres order their end-of-year gifting packs once a year, but also come back throughout the year to stock or refresh their room lending libraries.

All our books are age-appropriate and support early literacy, language development, and a love of reading. Our educator theme packs are more specifically aligned with EYLF outcomes. Our story book packs are curated for gifting and family reading time rather than curriculum delivery, though the two often overlap.

Pre-orders open in the first half of the year, with the best discounts available to early planners. You choose your pack type and quantity, place your order through the website, and we handle the rest. Your books are dispatched in October or November, ready for your end-of-year celebrations. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

All ELC book gifting orders are delivered in October and November. We coordinate delivery to arrive in plenty of time before the end of the year. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking information so you know when to expect it.

Yes. If you run multiple rooms at one centre, or if you manage more than one service, you can place a combined order. Just let us know how you'd like the books split and we'll work with you to set it up. If you're ordering across a large number of sites, get in touch before placing your order so we can make sure everything is structured correctly.

Pricing is tiered, so the more you order, the lower the cost per pack. Groups operating five or more centres can apply for a discount code that applies year-round across all orders. For other centres ordering larger quantities, it's worth contacting us before you place your order to make sure you're on the right pricing.

Most packs are unwrapped. Our Pre-wrapped Christmas Book Pack comes with individually wrapped Christmas books, ready to hand to children at your Christmas event.

Yes. All prices on our website include GST.

If you know you want to order but aren't sure of your final numbers yet, get in touch. We can often hold a reservation while you confirm your enrolment count. The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we have. Leaving it until late in the year can limit your options, particularly during a busy season.

Contact us and we'll help you work it out. If you tell us your age groups and rough numbers, we can suggest a pack combination that makes sense. There's no pressure to decide on the spot.
